One of my favorite tools is animoto. I think the students will really enjoy putting these clips together....in any subject area. I know I'm going to enjoy Google docs as well as Google reader. I'll be exploring these over the summer to become more familiar with them so that I'll feel comfortable teaching them to my class.
I will need to pick one or two areas to develop well, instead of trying to do too much at once. I don't want to become overwhelmed by trying to implement all of this too soon. I want the time that I spend facilitating this and the time spent by my students to be both beneficial and constructive.
It will be exciting to see how all of this unfolds. I'm looking forward to a 21st century classroom and want my students to leave my class better equipped for a 21st century world!
And now to go back and look at those apps............
