Tool # 4

Today I created both a document using Google docs and a form in Google docs. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I like the editing feature and the collaborative input that both offer.

I can see that writing and editing a team newsletter or any team collaborative effort would be easier using these tools. Input would be automatic and would reduce the number of emails going back and forth.

The benefit to students would be great.......I can see that writing assignments or other projects would be easier to edit and revise. Students could work on them at home, the library, or any other place where they can access their email. They can share their work, presentations or websites with their peers or teachers. This could even be used in learning centers or work stations so students could be held more accountable for their work.
